Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources Announces its Qualification Programmes for Jobseekers for the Month of August

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources has announced a series of Qualification Programmes for the coming month of August in Sharjah City, the Central Region and the Eastern Region. (20) Qualification Programmes will be implemented for job seekers from among holders of different educational degrees, whose names are listed in the Directorate’s System.
(5) Qualification Programmes will be implemented in Sharjah City, namely: The Art of Innovation and Dealing with Others, 3D Animation, Behavioural Skills and Self-Improvement, Effective Time Investment, and the Career Guidance Programme for the Interviewing System.
(2) Qualification Programmes will be implemented in the Central Region, namely: The Integrated System for Excellence in Customer Service, and Professional Belonging and Loyalty.
(13)  Qualification Programmes will be implemented in the Eastern Region of Khorfakkan City, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn, namely: The Basics of Photography which will be held in two sessions in Khorfakkan and Kalba, Business Analysis, Brainstorming and Problem Solving, Success Engineering, Certified Customer Service Professionals, Using Mind Mapping for Better Thinking, Improving Dealing Methods, Procurement and Warehouse Management, Effective Negotiation Skills, and the Career Guidance Programme for the Interviewing System which will be held in 3 sessions in Khor Fakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn.
The places where the Qualification Programmes will be held will be announced according to their dates as posted on the social media networks of the Directorate. The implementation of these programmes comes within the framework of the Directorate’s plans aiming at developing and qualifying jobseekers; as such Programmes are designed according to the labour market requirements and the methodologies and the local and international standards, in order to raise jobseekers’ competences and develop their skills to qualify them to engage in the labour market.
